Walls of Residential Apartment Building, New South Wales

The project is a 6 storey residential building in Mosman, Sydney. After excellent success on previous projects the installer of the AFS walling panel approached the engineer, to propose a Helix design. After reviewing the Helix technical information approval was given to replace all horizontal reinforcing and reduce the vertical reinforcement by one bar size with a dosage of 8kg/m³ Helix Micro Rebar.

As with all Helix projects, both the installer and builder experienced time and cost savings, dematerialisation of the site, and reduced site deliveries.
