Residential Development – Station Street Oakleigh

This multi-level residential development in the heart of Oakleigh Village was designed with reinforced block walls that are time-consuming to construct. These walls were replaced with a permanent formwork wall system.  

Helix was used to eliminate the horizontal reinforcement from the walls for ease of construction and to ultimately reduce installation costs. The 140mm and 190mm thick block walls were replaced with permanent formwork walls with 10kg/m³ of Helix Micro Rebar and reduced vertical rebar only.
