Newcrest Mining Limited Cadia East, 14m High Wall – Cadia, New South Wales

Helix Micro Rebar was used to replace 2 layers of N16 bar in a 14m high retaining wall located 2km underground. The wall was over 100m long and supported the ore crusher.  

The use of Helix Micro Rebar in this Project resulted in significant time saving, reduction in labour hours and cost and reduced equipment costs. Overall, there was a major benefit for the customer as a result of using Helix Micro Rebar.
