Container Storage Facility

This project was for a container yard storage facility in Brooklyn, Melbourne. The original slab was detailed to be 300mm thick with SL82 mesh top and bottom. Helix was utilised to replace all of the SL82 mech with just 6kg/m3 of Helix Micro Rebar.

The project was poured in 4 stages, and the concrete was pumped through a boom pump without any issues.

The client saved weeks on their schedule as there was no prepping of steel reinforcement required.
