Helix replaced traditional steel reinforcing in the ICF walls, slab on grade and strip footings. Helix dosages ranged from 5kg/m³ for the strip footings; 7kg/m³ for the slab, and 8kg/m³ for the ICF walls eliminating all reinforcing except for the lintel steel.

Significant cost and time savings were realized with the elimination of the majority of steel fixing.
